Reviewed exact head 9955918 against the stated narrow intent. The PR changes only the Behavior job timeout from 45 to 90 minutes; it does not alter the behavior suite, tests, assertions, sharding, or serialization. The workflow YAML parses and the diff is whitespace-clean.

Reviewed exact head 032a74e against the authoritative timeout-only intent. The PR diff changes only the Behavior job timeout from 45 to 90 minutes; it does not alter, skip, weaken, shard, delete, or serialize tests or assertions. git diff --check and the targeted workflow timeout assertion pass. The reported account-routing assertion is reproduced on base/main commit 18f29ab and is therefore not attributable to this PR.

Raise only the Firstmate Behavior GitHub Actions job timeout from 45 minutes to 90 minutes so the unchanged full behavior suite can finish in isolated CI. Do not weaken, skip, delete, shard, or serialize away tests or assertions, and make no other repository change. This is a separate narrow dependency PR for the automatic reaping work. The documented environmental local aggregate-test gate is accepted because concurrent fleet load and shared-machine contention make that replay non-authoritative; isolated GitHub CI must pass. The exact final PR head must receive review. Push/update PR 43, but do not merge or deploy. The deterministic local aggregate reproduction of the pre-existing account-routing assertion is therefore not an authorized repository fix; preserve the timeout-only diff.
